Gatherings

We believe in the power of gathering and connecting. WOC Talks initially started as in-person meetups for womxn of colour to, perhaps for the first time in their lives, feel safe in their skin. For many of us, we live in a very white-looking society and to take a look around the room and see and hear from other faces like ours was an incredible moment.

Vancouver- End of year Potluck (WOC TALKS v7.0- Celebrate)

Tis the season! Of feasts, festivities... and hanging out with racist folks around the dinner table.

Our seventh event is an opportunity to gather one last time to cap off this year. Join us for a potluck to celebrate you, to fill your cup, and to pick up some tips on how to navigate dicey dinner conversations without sacrificing your sanity or self care.
